On Unconditional Love

Love is the doorway to enlightenment. Raising vibrations within oneself comes from opening the heart. By loving all parts of yourself unconditionally, especially those “negative” qualities, thoughts, and feelings. If it is anger or doubt, love those emotions as much as you enjoy the feelings of joy and peace.

Love all of what is considered “imperfections.” These thoughts won’t change by denial or hatred. Transformation takes place by loving these “imperfections”. As you express love towards the negative feelings, they can evolve and transform – They shift from daunting to opportunities.

Love all your thoughts, even those that are limited or fearful. Think of them as small children needing your love and reassurance. If you catch a negative thought, try not to be hard on yourself for thinking it. The more mindful you become, the easier it will become to catch yourself and shift the perspective!  Love all your negative thoughts and they will have far less power over you. If you are imaging things you want to stop thinking about, love yourself for thinking them and go the opposite route with positive affirmations, calming music, a bath… Anything that will calm that mind and allow it to rest.  The more you allow that negative thinking to have control over you, the more you limit yourself from finding resolution or healing.  YOU are the master of your mind, not the other way around. By raising the vibrations from judgement/criticism –> to –> love/compassion, metamorphosis is welcomed rather than feeding the hate and insecurities to keep appearing before you. Remember the Boogie man when you were a child? Did you constantly hide away in fear? Or did you face the boogie monster and say, “I’m not scared of you anymore! You don’t even exist! Go away!” Or perhaps you laugh at the boogie monster and it disappeared? Well, this goes for your worries, fears, and insecurities too!

Acknowledge the emotions and thoughts, ground yourself feeling the roots expand beneath you, and let go of those emotions and thoughts that you not serve you for the better towards growth and transformation.

We are to embrace our humanness – It is what we are here to experience and learn from. Love our weaknesses, as well as your strengths, for those are the ones that most need your love to evolve. From experiencing love for all negative feelings, our world is able to expand and our abundance grows in all realms of life.
